A short course to raise awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion issues. this 2.5 hour session includes information on unconscious bias, where peoples values develop and explores why people show discriminatory behaviour. The course does include protected characteristics as you would expect, but really aims to challenge stereotypes and communication which support a more inclusive organisational culture.
